When Pigment Migrates to Yellow: Lessons From Other Specialists' Mistakes

I put off this topic for a long time.

Not because I have nothing to say.

But because I believe professionalism isn't about criticizing someone else's work, but about explaining why a certain result happened. 🤍

Today, though, I decided to show this case, because corrections like this are becoming more and more common.

In these photos you see stretch-mark camouflage performed by another specialist. Over time, the pigment migrated to a yellow tone. ⚠️

Why does this happen?

The cause is working at too great a depth – close to tattoo level – as well as using or mixing tattoo pigments. 🎨

This isn't the natural fading we expect from correctly performed dermopigmentation.

This is a complication.

And that's when the hardest part begins. Not doing the procedure. But fixing the consequences. 🧩

That's exactly my task in this case.

Instead of adding more pigment, I'm working to restore the skin through Kera Method and the Kera serum. The goal is to gradually improve the quality of the tissue and reduce the visibility of the unwanted yellow migration. ✨
